Gift Cards FAQ's

Where can I use my gift card?
Your gift card may only be used for purchases at all Aspen Grove Lifestyle Center stores and restaurants.

How do you redeem?
You use your gift card just like any other method of payment. Unless required by law, the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. It cannot be used to pay gratuities. Once redeemed, the store's policies also apply to the purchase.

Is there an activation fee?
$1.50 per card for 1-30 cards purchased at once.
$1.25 per card for 31-50 cards purchased at once.
$1.00 per card for 51-above 

Does my Aspen Grove Gift Card Expire?
No, your Aspen Grove Gift Card does not expire, however, please refer to the Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

What are the Terms & Conditions of the Aspen Grove Gift Card?
Your Gift card is subject to Terms & Conditions. A copy of the Terms & Conditions may be obtained from the service representative.

The Terms & Conditions include a maintenance fee. Except where prohibited or to the extent permitted by law, a nonrefundable $2.50 monthly maintenance fee will be deducted each month from the card balance, commencing on the first day of the thirteenth month from the date of sale.

What do I do if I lose my gift card?
You may have a lock placed on your gift card by calling Aspen Grove at 303.794.0640 during regular business hours or by calling 1.800.755.0019 24 hours a day.

New cards can be reissued for a $5.00 reactivation fee.
